ORBIS ONLINE RETAINS GEM ADVISORS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR BUSINESS EXPANSION

San Antonio, Texas - January 27, 2003 - Orbis Online today announced that it has retained GEM Advisors Dallas, LLC, to pursue fund-raising opportunities from private equity investors. Funds raised will be used to expand the business of Orbis Online.
